At AVSimulation, we attach the highest importance to professional equality between women and men. We assure our commitment to diversity and inclusion through our internal policies and concrete actions in ensuring an equal working environment for all.
In accordance with regulations in force since March 1, 2020, we publish our Gender Professional Equality Index every year. A key indicator for assessing any gaps in pay and career development.
What is the Gender Equality Index?
The Professional Equality Index, introduced in 2020, is a tool set up by the government to measure gender gaps in companies with more than 50 employees. Calculated on 100 points, it is based on four indicators defined by law:
- The pay gap between women and men in equivalent positions
- Equal opportunities for individual pay rises
- Salary progression for women after maternity or adoption leave
- Parity among the company’s 10 highest earners
A score below 75 points calls for corrective action, while a score below 85 points requires the setting of improvement targets.
AVSimulation results for 2024:
We are pleased to share our Gender Equality Index 2025, calculated on data for the year 2024.

- Gap in rate of individual increases: 35/35
- Return from maternity or adoption leave: 15/15
- Parity among the 10 highest earners: 5/10

This result testifies to the efforts made by AVSimulation to ensure a fair pay policy and identical career prospects for all our employees.
